Step 1: Soak 1/2 cup dried mung beans in water
for 6-8 hours
                             Step 2: rinse several times to remove enzyme inhibitors completely. Then lay jar on it's side in a warm,                                        dark place to sprout. Rinse 3x/ day!

This 1/2 Gallon glass, sprouting jar went from 1/2 c dry beans to a quart of sprouts in 3 days!
